We do not offer refunds on any hair purchases. If you believe you've received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately-by clicking on the chat button at the bottom of this page. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Wigs/Hair can not be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut or taken out of bundle.

Shipping Policy

We DO NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive email confirmation of your order and tracking information which can take up to 48 hours. Once your order is processed and your credit information is verified, your order is shipped within 5-7 business days, unless you paid for expedited overnight services.
