Once your order is processed and your credit information is verifed, your order is shipped within 5-7 business days, unless you paid for expedited overnight services.

We do not offer refunds on any hair purchases. If you believe you've received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately-by clicking on the chat button at the bottom of this page. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Wigs/Hair can not be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut or taken out of bundle.
